100% Flat Padel TurfNo bubbling. No wrinkles.
An extra woven base cloth is bonded in under the pile, so the mat locks down and stays flat — under heat, under play, season after season. A dense 12 mm pile gives a softer, more consistent feel underfoot.

Why ordinary padel turf lifts, bubbles and creases
With a single backing layer and no base fabric, nothing holds the mat down. Under heat and heavy play the panel lifts away from the base — and that is where bubbles, ripples and creases come from. Players feel them underfoot, and they only get worse over time.
One backing layer, no base fabric. The panel lifts off the base and the surface stops being flat.
An extra woven base cloth is added beneath the pile. The surface is held flat against the base from day one — no lift, no crease, no bubble.
The extra layer under the surface that changes everything
Three changes in how the turf is built, working together to keep the court flat.

The base cloth anchors the mat
The woven layer sits directly between the pile and the base, so the turf has something to hold on to instead of pulling away.
The backing is bonded as one
Layers are bonded into a single sheet rather than stacked loosely — there is no gap between layers for movement to start in.
One continuous flat base
Fold the edge back and you see one continuous cloth-backed surface — the reason the finished court reads flat from end to end.
One upgrade. Two surfaces.
Same court, same colour, same pile — the only difference is what is bonded underneath.

Built as one flat, stable surface
A flat court is not just a look — it changes how the court plays and how much maintenance it asks for.
Predictable ball roll
No dips and no lifted edges to deflect the ball, so the bounce stays consistent across the whole court.
Safer, softer footing
Players stop catching a toe on a lifted panel edge, and the dense 12 mm pile keeps the feel underfoot soft and even.
Fewer call-backs
No re-stretching after the first hot week and no re-gluing bubbles later — the surface is installed once and stays down.

No bubbling
The base cloth holds the panel down, so heat does not lift the surface off the base.
No wrinkles
Layers bonded as one continuous sheet stop the creasing that shows up in single-backing turf.
Better foot feel
Dense 12 mm pile over a continuous flat base — soft underfoot, with no ridges or hollow spots.

Cut from the roll plan, laid flat
The court is covered from standard rolls, so the number of seams is kept to a minimum and the surface goes down flat in one pass.
Send your court dimensions
We match them against the roll plan above so the court is covered with as few seams as possible.
Cut and lay the panels
Panels are cut to the plan and positioned over your prepared base with the base cloth face down.
Join into one surface
Panels are joined to form a single continuous cloth-backed surface, using your installer's standard method.
Dress and check flatness
The pile is brushed up and the finished court is checked end to end before handover.
