An extra woven base cloth is bonded under the pile and holds the whole mat flat - so the surface stays true in summer heat and under constant play.
With ordinary backing, summer heat and constant rallies make the turf lift into bumps and creases - and the surface never returns to flat. An uneven surface means an uneven game.
We bond a reinforcing woven base cloth beneath the pile. It spreads load across the whole mat and locks the surface flat, so bubbles have nowhere to grow.
