Most artificial football pitches are not finished when the carpet goes down. They are finished when the last truck of sand and rubber has been brushed in. This system removes that stage completely.
What is not in the system
- No shock-absorbing pad. There is no separate impact layer to source, lay or replace.
- No silica sand. Nothing to brush into the pile, no dust, no sand carried into boots, changing rooms and drains.
- No rubber granules. No SBR infill migrating into corners, drainage channels or neighbouring surfaces.
What that changes on site
The pitch is complete the day it is laid. No infill delivery, no brushing shift, no top-up schedule afterwards. Because nothing is loose in the pile, there is no infill migration and no depth to re-level season after season.
