Non-Infill Football Turf — Nothing to Fill In
A non-infill (also called no-fill or zero-infill) artificial turf system for football fields. There is no shock-absorbing pad, no silica sand and no rubber granules to install, so the surface is complete the day it is laid.

Yarn build
96,000+ stitches and 18,000+ Dtex. High-density tufting and a heavy yarn build keep ball roll consistent under continuous football play.
Measured performance
Figures come from on-site inspection of a delivered project and from laboratory testing of this turf system: straight ball rebound 0.6 m to 1.15 m, ball rolling distance 4 m to 15 m, impact absorption 55% to 75%, straight ball deformation 16 mm or less, torsional torque 25 Nm to 50 Nm. The 6000-cycle wear test (LISPORT-XL) fully met FIFA BASIC standards, before and after the test.
Where it is used
Football fields, indoor football arenas, schools, sports centres and multi-use pitches. The yarn is eco-friendly and odour-free, which makes the system suitable for covered indoor arenas as well as outdoor pitches.

Performance was measured on a delivered pitch in Luzhou, Anhui: ball rebound, ball rolling distance, vertical deformation and vertical ball bounce, alongside a laboratory wear test report.
