Is the frame material safe for use near the ocean or in humid climates? A: Yes. The Q235 hot-dip galvanized process creates a zinc alloy layer ≥50μm thick, which provides corrosion protection rated for 25+ years in C3 (medium corrosivity) environments per ISO 9223. For marine/coastal environments (C4–C5), we recommend adding an additional epoxy primer coating — available as an option.
Q: What wind load can the structure handle? A: The MCG Super Panoramic Court is designed to withstand wind loads ≥1.0 kN/m², compliant with European EN 1991-1-4 standards. For high-wind zones, MCG can provide site-specific structural calculations.
Q: Can the glass be replaced if broken? A: Yes. All glass panels are standard-sized and can be replaced individually without dismantling the frame. Replacement panels can be shipped worldwide within 7–14 working days.
Q: Is the court suitable for professional competition use? A: Yes. FIP certification confirms that dimensions, glass specifications, net height, and overall structural requirements meet international competition standards.
Q: What are the power requirements for optional lighting? A: LED court lighting (4 × 1000W LED fixtures) requires a 380V/3-phase supply. MCG can supply the lighting system and provide a wiring diagram.
