Problema
Bubbles and wrinkles never lie flat again.
With ordinary backing, summer heat and constant rallies make the turf lift into bumps and creases — and the surface never returns to flat. An uneven surface means an uneven game.

One extra layer under the surface.
We bond a reinforcing woven base cloth beneath the pile. It spreads load across the whole mat and locks the surface flat, so bubbles have nowhere to grow.

How do the joints between rolls look?
Rolls are large format (4.2 m wide), so a court needs fewer joints. The flat base-cloth surface keeps every roll-to-roll joint flush instead of lifting at the edges.
