Usage and maintenance are also important factors affecting the detachment of EPDM plastic particles. Long-term and frequent use, especially in harsh environments (such as high temperatures, direct ultraviolet radiation, humidity, etc.), will accelerate the aging and wear of materials, leading to particle shedding. At the same time, the lack of regular maintenance and upkeep, such as failure to promptly clear away debris, check for wear and tear, and carry out repairs, will also cause small problems to gradually accumulate into major ones, eventually leading to the phenomenon of particle shedding.
